Grey king size beds, answered
Light grey or dark grey?
Light grey keeps a small or north-facing room feeling open and reads warm beside oak or pine. Dark grey anchors a larger room and hides marks better. Several frames here — the Albany, Cheslyn and Oakland — are made in both, so you can pick the shade without changing the bed.
Is crushed velvet grey the same as fabric grey?
No. Crushed velvet has a pile with a silver cast that changes as you move around it, so it never reads as one flat colour. Woven fabric is matte and even. If you are matching an existing headboard or curtains, the woven greys are the safer match.
How big are these frames on the outside?
