Frames are dispatched from our suppliers' UK stock, and returns are collected from you rather than sent to either address, so please never post a frame anywhere without writing to us first.
What to put in your message
The more of this you give us in the first email, the more likely it is that one reply settles the matter.
- The frame you mean: its name and size as shown on the product page, or a link to the page.
- Your order number, if you have already ordered. It starts with a hash and is in your confirmation email.
- For a fit question, the room: its width and length, where the door and the window are, and which side of the bed you need to walk down. Say whether you are looking at king or super king.
- For an access question: the narrowest door or stair turn on the route, and whether the delivery address is above ground floor. The longest box on a king frame is a little over two metres.
- For a delivery or return question: your postcode and, for damage, photos of the boxes and their labels.
