About King Size Bed UK
King Size Bed UK sells one thing: king size and super king bed frames for UK bedrooms. Every frame is listed with the measurement that actually decides whether you can buy it, which is the space it occupies on your floor once it is built.
Who we are
King Size Bed UK is the trading name of SAS Injecteur Voiture, a company registered in France under SIREN 931 137 350, VAT number FR48931137350, with its registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. We are an online shop and nothing else. We have no showroom, no shop floor and no bed to lie on before you buy, which is precisely why the numbers on this site have to be right.
What we sell
- UK standard sizes only: king at 150 x 200 cm and super king at 180 x 200 cm. No EU sizes, no in between sizes, nothing that leaves you hunting for a mattress that fits.
- Sprung slatted bases on every frame.
- Ottoman storage frames, with the maker's figures on the product page wherever they give them.
- Fabric, upholstered and wooden frames, delivered flat packed with all fixings and instructions in the box.
Why we measure and publish the external dimensions
A king size mattress is 150 cm wide. The frame around it is not. Depending on the design, the assembled frame takes roughly 160 cm across and 215 cm front to back, and the headboard adds height that a low window or a sloped ceiling will not forgive. Those extra centimetres are the difference between a bedroom that works and a bed you cannot walk around.
So for each frame we publish the assembled outside width and length and the headboard height wherever the maker gives them, plus any other figure they publish. We take these from the manufacturer's specification and check them against the frame. Where a figure is not available, we say it is not available rather than estimating one. Allow up to a centimetre of tolerance on assembled furniture.

Where your frame comes from
Our frames come from UK furniture makers and suppliers, and they are dispatched from their UK stock to your address. Nothing ships from outside the United Kingdom, so there are no import charges and no customs hold ups. Frames arrive flat packed in two or three boxes, 30 to 60 kg in total, in three to five working days. Full detail is on the shipping policy.
How we work
- We publish the measurements before we publish the marketing.
- We give you 100 nights to change your mind on an unassembled frame, on top of the 14 day cancellation right the law already gives you.
- We state a manufacturer guarantee only where one exists, on the product page it belongs to, and we never dress it up as more than it is.
- We answer email within one working day, from a person, in plain English.
