Description
The Hammersmith is an end lift ottoman bed in grey fabric, in double or king size, with a buttoned, panelled headboard 100 cm from the floor. The base lifts from the foot on gas struts onto storage under the whole bed, around a steel frame. Delivery is free to the UK mainland, usually in 3 to 5 working days.

Questions
How much weight will the lift take?
The maker quotes a 300 kg working load for the lift on the double, with certificate 748283 (March 2019). It does not publish a separate figure for the king.
Does it meet UK fire regulations?
The maker states that the frame meets UK fire regulations for domestic furniture. It is not certified to CRIB 5, the standard asked for in some rented and contract settings.
