Before you order
Measure the sill, then compare
Measure from the floor to the lowest thing on the wall behind the bed: the window sill, the bottom of the radiator, a shelf or a light switch. Pick a headboard lower than that figure, with a few centimetres spare so the pillows do not sit against the glass.
