Description
The Pimlico opens from the side rather than the end, which is what you need when the foot of your bed is against a wall, a radiator or a wardrobe. The base lifts on gas struts with the mattress still on it, and the storage covers the full footprint of the bed. The headboard is a low 84 cm, so it fits under most windows.
What you get
- Gas lift ottoman base, opens from the SIDE
- Grey or natural hopsack fabric
- Low 84 cm headboard, fits under a window
- Single, small double, double and king size
- Mattress not included. This is a frame; keep the one you have or buy separately.

Frame outside size
The outside size of the assembled frame, published by the maker. This is the figure to measure against your wall, not the mattress size.
| King (5ft) | 166 cm wide x 211 cm long, 84 cm to the top of the headboard, 46.1 kg assembled |
|---|---|
| Double (4ft6) | 151 cm wide x 201 cm long, 84 cm to the top of the headboard, 42.7 kg assembled |
The maker does not publish the storage depth under the base or the rating of the gas struts, so we do not print figures for them.
Will it fit your room?
Type your room. We check it against the maker's outside size of the size selected above, with a 60 cm walkway on each side and 85 cm at the foot.
